1. Donations

  • All donations made to KYM BKS Mandla Foundation are voluntary and used for charitable and social causes as per our mission.

  • Once a donation is made, it is generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be considered in rare circumstances, such as:

    • Accidental duplicate transactions.

    • Wrong amount entered by the donor.

    • Technical errors during the transaction.

2. Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, you must send a written request within 7 working days of the transaction date.

  • Requests should include:

    • Donor’s full name

    • Date of donation/payment

    • Transaction reference number

    • Donation amount

    • Reason for refund request

  • Requests must be emailed to: kymbksmandla@gmail.com

3. Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will verify the details and, if approved, initiate the refund within 10–15 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

  • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Contributions

  • Contributions made towards specific projects, campaigns, or emergency relief activities are not refundable, unless there has been a genuine error in processing.

  • Tax exemption certificates (if issued) cannot be canceled once a donation has been acknowledged.

5. Events, Services, or Sales (if applicable)

  • If any event registration, ticket, or service is purchased through our Website, the refund policy for that specific service/event will be mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Physical goods (if ever sold) will follow a separate return policy, which will be clearly stated on the product/service page.

6. Changes to Policy
